Step Two Soothing Lotion

R2 Soothing Lotion is Step 2 of the system and adds needed moisture throughout the day and night. It contains Lactokine, which helps build the skin’s defense, so that skin can recover faster.

R2 Soothing Lotion also contains both UVA/UVB stabilisers that reinforce the skin’s natural barrier by helping to defend the skin from  the formation of free radicals caused by UV exposure, sun exposure should be limited as much as possible,  If you plan to expose your skin to the sun then it is recommended that you use an additional suitable sun screen product

What does R2 do?
 

  • Moisturises skin

  • Smooths affected area

  • Promotes elasticity

  • Contains UVA & UVB stabilisers

  • Contains Lactokine

Apply sparingly to the affected area, an amount of 1g (about the size of a pea) should cover an area of 10 x 10cm (4 x 4 inches). 

How to use

Repeat this process a minimum of three times a day and finally at bed time.

Continue to apply gently to the skin for at least two weeks following a course of radiotherapy
